We do not like to disappoint, so we try to maintain a high level of stock when you place an order. However demand can sometimes take us by surprise and items may become unavailable. If this is the case we will tell you as soon as possible.

Our website has been created to inform customers when items/sizes are at low stock or when they are sold out. When an item shows it is at low stock this means we are down to our very last few pieces in that particular size and colour. We recommend that you place your order as soon as you possibly can for that item(s) to avoid disappointment.

If an item is out of stock in the size and colour you would like, select that size and you can then fill in your email and if that item comes back into stock an email alert will be sent to you.

We apologise in advance for on the very rare occasions that our inventory is incorrect. You will receive a full refund for any items you have paid for that end up being out of stock and we shall inform you of this error as soon as possible.

Please note that when an item is sold out, we generally do not restock it unless mentioned. However we can have items returned so it is always worth adding your email to the alert function available when an item is at 0. But again to prevent disappointment we urge our customers to order any item(s) of interest as soon as possible.

When an item is pre-ordered, this means it will arrive into our warehouse at a future date. The approximate delivery date will be stated on our website. You are able to purchase this item and reserve it before it can sell out (payment of this item(s) will be taken immediately in order to reserve it). We will deliver it to you as soon as it arrives into our warehouse.
